“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love, well… You. Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow. ”

Yoga found me in 2015, right after I got sober.
I knew I needed something sacred—something to help me come back to my breath, my body, and my truth. What I discovered was a path of deep remembering.
Yoga became more than movement. It became a homecoming. A space to quiet the noise, soften my edges, and tune into the wisdom that had always been within me. It showed me how to live with intention, to anchor into presence, and to see the divine in both stillness and motion.
As my practice deepened, so did the call to share it. I completed my 200-hour Baptiste-inspired training and have since expanded into restorative yoga, yoga for recovery, and trauma-informed offerings. I weave all of the principles and yoga modalities into every class I lead—with compassion, safety, and inclusivity at the core.
My classes are a blend of soul and sweat, stillness and sensation, laughter and light. I’m not the bendiest teacher in the room, but I hold space with reverence and joy. Expect guided introspection, spiritual philosophy, and a reminder that you are your own greatest teacher.
One of my favorite mantras is “try easy.” It’s a way of being—in yoga and in life—that invites grace. When we stop pushing, we open. We trust. We let life move through us instead of muscling through it.
Come with a beginner’s mind. Come as you are. Come ready to meet yourself on the mat.
This practice is a portal. Let’s step through together.
