Like the lotus flower that is born out of mud, we must honor the darkest parts of ourselves and the most painful of our life’s experiences, because they are what allow us to birth our most beautiful self.
— Debbie Ford

Hey love, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Natalie—mama to three amazing humans, newly minted Nan, yogi, coach, and sober soul living in Northern California. I’ve been alcohol-free since August 2015, and everything changed when I let that go. That one choice made room for a thousand beautiful things to take root.

What began as a personal healing journey turned into a calling. I launched my coaching practice in 2018, and since then, I’ve been walking alongside others as they come home to themselves—mind, body, and spirit.

For years, I didn’t know what lit me up. I used alcohol to mask anxiety, to dim the intensity of being an empath in a loud world. But sobriety cracked me open. It reconnected me with my truth, my joy, and my purpose.

Now, I’m a Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC), Life Coach (CPC), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, yoga teacher (RYT-200), She Recovers + Y12SR leader, and Gray Area Drinking Recovery Coach. I also serve as a facilitator, meeting leader, and co-teacher with The Luckiest Club, supporting others in emotional sobriety and embodied leadership.

Coaching and helping others holistically transform their lives isn’t just what I do—it’s my dharma. My purpose. The most aligned expression of who I am.

My work is about liberation—clearing what’s no longer serving you so you can live with clarity, courage, and intention. Whether through movement, mindfulness, or transformational coaching, I’m here to help you remember who you are.

Thank you for being here. Truly. Here’s to flying our freak flags, honoring our wholeness, and living life on purpose.

Whenever you are feeling stuck in your life, remember there are 1440 minutes in the day, which means you have 1440 chances to do something different and change your life.
